The Nominating Committee will meet immediately following the conclusion of the Governance Committee meeting.
These meetings will be held in the Board Room of the Kate and 约翰R. 布罗德里克 餐厅 Commons on the main campus of Old Dominion University, 1 Old Dominion University, 诺福克, VA 23529. One or more members of the Committees may participate remotely, but only if a quorum of the Committee is physically present at the meeting location.
