The Rector of Old Dominion University has called a special emergency meeting of the Board of 访问ors on Thursday, 5月21日, 下午两点.m., for the purpose of electing a nominating committee for officer elections. Pursuant to Executive Amendment 28 to HB29 (2020), the Board will meet by electronic communication means, without a quorum and without any Committee member physically assembled at one location,

成员 of the public may submit written comments related to the attached agenda to the Executive Secretary to the Board at dmeeks@hebhgkq.com by Noon on 5月21日. Public comments should address only the items listed on the attached agenda and will be distributed to the Board prior to the meeting.

A recording of the meeting will be posted to the Board of 访问ors website following the meeting.
